War of the Neighbours - Part 1

My neighbour and I are having a feud. Yesterday, I took down some signs and a basket that she had affixed to the fence that surrounded the front of my property. The following is her response:

Hello,

if you took down the basquet for the plastic bags, I would appreciate if you return it to me.

I thought you would appreciate that people do not leave garbage in our front by making them conscious.

Anyway please return my basquet if you happen to have it.
